Check-in / Check-out

Our property offers a convenient self check-in service. However, since we are gradually rolling out this system, two check-in methods are currently available:
  • Self Check-in/Check-Out: You will receive the codes and instructions by email to access the property and, at the end of your stay, to check out entirely on your own.
  • In-Person Key Pickup and Return: If your reservation does not include self check-in, we look forward to welcoming you at Residenza Olivo (Via Don C. Gnocchi, 111 – 37016 Garda – VR) for both key collection and return during the designated hours.
